Types of Training Available:

Personal Training

  • One-hour, individualized training sessions (1-on-1)
  • Activities based on your personal goals, like:
    • Cardiovascular and muscular exercise
    • Weight training 
    • Grappling, Kickboxing, and MMA
    • Cross training for a variety of sports

Small-Group Training

  • One-hour, group-based training sessions (typically 2-5 people)
  • Offered every hour on Monday - Friday between 5 AM - 10 AM and 2 PM - 8 PM 
  • Generalized (yet intensive) activities, like:
    • Weight lifting
    • Body weight TRX training
    • Circuit or High Intensity Interval Training
    • Kettle bell and resistance band activities

Digital Training

  • Train on your own schedule with a guided fitness plan (4-, 8-, or 12- week plans)
  • Weekly phone/Skype calls to discuss discuss progress and adjustments

How do I know what's best for me?

You might prefer personal training if you:

  • Prefer 1-on-1 attention
  • Have very limited experience with weight training and want additional guidance
  • Have injuries or limitations that require more attention 
  • Prefer individualized training methods like MMA or cross training for a sport

You might prefer small-group training if you:

  • Prefer to train with other like-minded individuals
  • Are seeking to work with a trainer at a more affordable price
  • Want to supplement your personal training efforts

You might prefer digital training if you:

  • Have access to your own gym
  • Are unable to attend regular business hours
  • Prefer to train alone
  • Want to supplement your personal or small-group training efforts

We know that not everyone will enjoy the same kind of athletic or fitness program. We offer a variety of methods to help you reach your goals!
